Return Policy - Physical Products
Unopened software returns will receive a refund less 10% restocking fee, conditional on being returned within 30 days of receipt by customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded by us. Defective items will be either credited towards another purchase or replaced. We cannot accept refunds on opened software or on download orders once the software has been downloaded. All defective items must be shipped back to us at customer’s expense, we will pay for replacement shipping.
Return Policy - Download Products
If the product key had not been delivered, you can request a refund at any time. For all other downloadable products, there are no refunds once the software product key has been delivered. If you are experiencing issues with installation, please contact us.
We can ship to a number locations around the globe. When placing an order, we will alert you if we cannot ship to your address as there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please keep in mind that the listed times are an estimation and, depending on product availability, it is possible that your product may arrive on a sooner date.
If the purchased product is noted as having an electronic delivery method, you will be sent the required product key by email within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.
